This Hobonichi Techo cover was created in collaboration with PORTER. Designed to hang over your shoulder by a strap for easy carrying, and shaped like a rectangular pouch to store everyday items, the bonded material of this cover is PORTER’s characteristic light and soft nylon, with a beautiful sheen.
The A6 cover is available in PORTER’s classic black, which gives it a sleek, stylish look. The oversized front pocket has extra depth to accommodate bulky items, and closes with a flap and hook-and-loop fasteners so frequently-used items like writing tools won’t fall out.
The back of the cover also contains a pocket that’s handy for storing smartphones or other items you want to access quickly.
Open the zipper and you’ll see the cover’s blue-gray interior. There are three card pockets and an additional, deeper pocket that’s clear so you can see what’s inside; there’s also a mesh pocket that closes with a zipper. You can carry everything you use on a daily basis alongside your techo. The pen-holder can store a slim pen; if you’ve got a thicker pen, you can store it by its clip.
The removable shoulder strap included with the cover also has an adjustable length. The strap itself is approximately 72 cm by 128cm.

About Porter
Established in 1962, Porter was the bag-maker Yoshida Kaban’s first original brand. Over 80 years after Kichizo Yoshida founded Yoshida Kaban, his philosophy of "One stitch all soul," in which every little stitch requires the maker’s full attention, has since become the corporate motto. The brand was named for hotel porters, whose daily attention to their guests’ luggage gives them a particular insight into what makes a good bag.
